I cannot believe how brilliant Alan Ball (of American Beauty fame) is. The second season of my fave show True Blood has proved to be just as powerful and incredible as the first. I sit on the edge of my seat for the entire 60 minutes. And after its over, I just spin into a daze for the next 24 hours trying to make sense of what just happened. And there is no doubt that Stephen Moyer’s Bill Compton makes the show even more delicious! The acting overall is brilliant showcasing Anna Paquin as the main highlight Sookie. I remember photographing Anna for her premiere of Buffalo Soldiers at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival. It is amazing to see how evolved she has become as an actress.
I look forward to many more Sunday nights of vampires, shifters, and whatever else AB wants to throw at us!

Aurelie Bidermann is the coolest! …okay, maybe not my total fave, sorry Alexis B! But after flipping through an Italian Vogue while awaiting my birthday spa treatment in gorgeous Wanaka, NZ…I saw her recent rendition of her gold cuffs. They are exquisite. And what makes Aurelie the coolest, is just when she was at her hottest, she took a break from the scene to detox from her chandelier earring craze. Check out the goods on on Style.com.
