Themba+Casper are on roll this week. This is a topper as anything Preston Bailey endorses is a show stopper, and certainly, someone to take look at. Jennifer Saltzman, one of my lovely brides, and the creator of all things beautiful via her company Press Engaged was spotlighted recently in Preston’s blog, Bride Ideas. We are so fortunate to have Jen showcase the invite collateral she dreamed up for our African inspired shoot, Themba+Casper. It is an honor to be included with Jennifer’s work, as she is pure talent and someone you should all know better!

Style Fabulous… Mary Kinney...
It is such a big compliment to have an inspired design blog such as Apartment #34 post Themba and Casper. With the truest creative partnership in stylist Mary Kinney of Sister/Brother Style, this story of love, politics, culture and style came together in the most beautiful form. Though the story and vision were our beginnings, the team that executed the journey, the product, and the set design were of unbelievable talent. The full list of vendors who dedicated their time and energies here. As for Apt. 34, the beginnings started with Mrs. E as she renovated a newly purchased apartment in Seattle. Her ideas, vision, and love of design and decor helped to beautify her new digs, as well as, create a daily finds blog that serves as the best resource for all things lovely and exciting. The blog features finds from fashion, decor, weddings, interior to food, photography and whatever else captures her eye. And we are beyond excited that Apartment #34 will be moving to our foggy city sometime in the very near future.
Themba + Casper has been a long labor of love for myself and my great friend, client, and super stylist Mary Kinney of Sister/Brother. We began concocting our dream about a year ago, and with our busy schedules, finally saw it come to fruition in the most stunning way in May of this year. It is a story of love, a love grounded in two worlds coming together, and the fashion and wedding inspirations that celebrate this dynamic and powerful union. I can’t thank Mary enough for the absolutely ingenious styling. And as well to our incredible team of vendors who helped to make this dynamic shoot possible.
Today we are so proud to see this feature on Style Me Pretty. Adorable and lovely Mallory of SMP has spent weeks gathering information for this post.
